Feministfilm says: In spite of my politics (which lean roughly toward Margaret Thatcher can suck it), I must say that I agree. Calling powerful women bitches is messed up. Simplifying Thatcher’s terribleness into a case of difficult women derails a way more important discussion of, you know, white supremacy and capitalism. (Ronald Reagan “crippled our nation and stole our milk” but, you know, we don’t call him a bitch. Although, now that I mention it, as a feminist I’m way interested in calling Ronald Reagan a bitch in a forthcoming punk song.)
